Hello loves, happy September!! With fall approaching this month, I have seen so many vampy, warm toned looks floating around social media. Although the push for the fall season may seem all too sudden, I decided to create a makeup look inspired by the transition from summer to fall. This look is super wearable for either season as I incorporated some deep warm toned oranges and purples for fall, as well as some bright yellows and corals for summer. I know this look is more on the dramatic side, but I had so much fun creating it! So, if you are interested in reading about the products I used to create this pumpkin spice inspired makeup look, please keep reading!
Primer: Benefit PoreFessional Primer -I used this on a clean face to blur out texture and create a smooth surface-
Foundation: Estée Lauder Double-Wear -this foundation is super full coverage, long wearing and has a matte finish, (perfect for oily skin)-
Concealer: Too Faced Born This Way Concealer -I used this under the eyes to highlight and conceal any discolouration-
Contour: Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit “Light-Medium” -I used “Banana” under the eyes and “Fawn” to contour-
Highlight: Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit “Sweets” using “Butterscotch” –Butterscotch is such a unique golden bronze shade which went perfect with the eye look-
Morphe Brushes Picasso Palette -I used a mixture of the yellow, orange and pink in the crease and lower lash line-
Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette -I used a mix of Love Letter and Realgar in the crease and lower lash line-
Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer “Soft Brown” -this pencil is ideal for those of you who tend to draw on a quick brow and don’t want anything super dramatic or intense, yet it still provides definition-
Liner: Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Liner “Trick” -this shade is the perfect neutral brown for any lip colour-
Lipstick: Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick “Naked” -I chose this lip shade as it was on the neutral side, therefore making the eyes the main focus of the look. I chose this nude specifically as it has a peach undertone which paired beautifully with the eyes-
Thank you for taking the time to read today! I hope you all enjoyed this super colourful look for summer and fall. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
